
Camalen Return Policy for Custom Leather Cases
Try as we do to make sure you are completely satisfied with your custom leather case, there are occasions when you may need to return your cellular or mobile device case. We understand that sometimes needs change, too, so along with replacement for defects, we also offer a generous refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with your beautifully crafted custom leather case, you may return it in its original packaging. Please include your receipt for either replacement or a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. After 14 days, Camalen cannot accept any returns for products other than for defective materials.
To ask for a refund, please email us at support@camalen.com along with the reason for your return, and then package the custom leather case with its original packaging in a shipping box and return it to the address listed below:
